DoiT will donate $2 for every piece of meaningful feedback you provide on the support requests you open with us. This is a unique opportunity for you to help us improve our services while directing funds to the causes you believe in.
By "meaningful," we mean any feedback that goes beyond a simple "Thank you" or “Bad support”.
We welcome all types of feedback, both positive and negative, as it all contributes to our growth and improvement.
