Introducing “Feedback for a Cause”: Support Your Favorite Charity While Helping Us Improve!

We are delighted to announce the general availability of Feedback for a Cause to all DoiT customers. This initiative offers you a unique opportunity to help us improve our services while supporting the causes you believe in. 
For every piece of meaningful feedback you provide on the support requests you open with us, we will donate $5 to a charity of your choice from a predefined list. By “meaningful,” we mean feedback that goes beyond a simple “Thank you” or “Bad support.”

We welcome all types of feedback, both positive and negative, as it all contributes to our growth and improvement.
