Proactively Monitor Google Cloud Quotas

Monitor Google Cloud quota usage with a new dashboard widget and automated email alerts that notify you before you hit your limits.
We've added the Google Cloud Quota Monitoring to the Cloud Management Platform, so in times where you reach your quotas, you will not be able to use Google Cloud beyond these limits.
We are also adding a new widget which you can add to any of your dashboard to proactively monitor the state of your Google Cloud Quotas. You will also get an automated email alert when you're approaching the limit of your quotas.
