How long does the engagement take?
Roughly 20 hours of focused work across three phases: Discover (1–2 hours), Realize (6–8 hours), and Launch (under 14 hours). Calendar time depends on your team's availability.
What AWS services do you cover?
Glue, EMR, Athena, and QuickSight are the core. We pull in other services based on your workload — S3, Lake Formation, Kinesis, Redshift, and others as needed.
Who owns the platform when you're done?
You do, on day one. We hand over architecture diagrams, documentation, and infrastructure-as-code so your team can run and evolve it independently.
