DoiT International, including its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Company”, “DoiT”, “us”, “we”, “our”) welcomes you to our website (the “Site”). By using this Site, you represent that you are an adult of 18 or more years of age, have the legal capacity to enter a contract, and agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use this Site. When we make updates to these terms, DoiT will update the date on this page. By using the website after a new version of the terms has been posted, you agree to the terms of such new version.

1. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://www.doit.com/privacy/. The Privacy Policy includes details related to use of cookies. DoiT reserves the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign all information provided by or collected from you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

2. Site Use

DoiT grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use this Site solely for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works, or other use. You agree not to copy content from the Site or its underlying data (“Content”), reverse engineer or hack into the Site, or use materials, products or services in violation of any law. Your use of this Site is at the discretion of DoiT who may terminate your access and use at any time.

3. Non-Authorized Uses

In addition, you agree that you will not, and will not allow third parties to use our Site to:

  • participate in, or promote any activity considered illegal;
  • launch any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent software or enterprise;

  • interfere with anyone’s use of our Site, or interfere with the software and equipment used to provide our Site;
  • disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of our Services;
  • using automated means to access content from any of our services in violation of the machine-readable instructions on our web pages (for example, robots.txt files that disallow crawling, training, or other activities)
  • take any action to allow users to infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of others;
  • generate, distribute, or facilitate unsolicited mass email, or advertising; or
  • use the Site or any interfaces included in the Site, to access any other company’s product or service in a manner that violates the terms of service of such other product or service.

4. Automated Data Collection & AI Training Prohibition

You may not use any automated tool, spider, scraper, crawler, bot, or other automated means to access, collect, copy, or extract Content for any purpose, including but not limited to training, fine-tuning, or developing artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language models.
The use of this website's Content to train, benchmark, or evaluate any AI system — whether commercial or non-commercial, by you or any third party on your behalf — is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from DoiT.
This prohibition applies regardless of whether the Content is publicly accessible and regardless of the technical method used to obtain it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including without limitation graphics, logos, trademarks, images, and software is, and shall continue to be, the property of DoiT or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, patent, trademark, and other proprietary rights. Any copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such content or any part of the Site is prohibited, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement. Under no circumstances will you acquire any ownership rights or other interest in any content by or through your use of this Site.

The Site may provide links to other websites. This Site’s Terms of Use or Privacy Policy may not apply to those other websites, which may have their own terms and policies. You should review the terms of use and privacy policies of any other websites that you visit.

7. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the Site. You further agree that information provided by you is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold DoiT and our partners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

9. DISCLAIMER

THE INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. DOIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES, STATUTORY WARRANTIES, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT YOUR JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES, THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

10. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL DOIT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE SITE, YOUR SITE USE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 11. Applicable Law

You agree that the laws of the state of New York without regard to conflicts of laws provisions will govern this Agreement and any dispute that may arise between you and DoiT or its affiliates. Venue shall be the state and federal courts located in New York, New York.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13. Relationship of the Parties

Each party is, and shall remain, an independent contractor and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to make either party a partner, joint venturer, employee or agent of the other party, and neither party shall hold itself out as such. Neither party has any right or authority to incur, assume or create, in writing or otherwise, any warranty, liability or other obligation of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of the other party.

Can I use doit.com content to train an AI model?

No. Section 4 of the Terms expressly prohibits using any automated tool — spider, scraper, crawler, bot, or otherwise — to access, collect, copy, or extract content from this Site for training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, or evaluating any AI, machine learning, or large language model, commercial or non-commercial. The prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is publicly accessible and regardless of the technical method used. If you need an exception, you'll need prior written consent from DoiT.

Can I copy or republish content from this Site?

Not without permission. Your license is limited to your own personal use — no republication, redistribution, derivative works, sublicensing, or commercial use. All graphics, logos, trademarks, images, and software remain the property of DoiT (or its content suppliers) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights.

What am I not allowed to do on the doit.com website?

Among other things: nothing illegal; no malware, scraping, or hacking; no interference with other users or with the Site itself; no infringing on others' intellectual property; no spam or unsolicited mass email; no using doit.com to access another company's services in violation of their terms; and no automated AI training. Does DoiT make any warranties about the website?

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." DoiT disclaims all warranties — express, statutory, and implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your sole remedy if you're unhappy with the Site is to stop using it. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, in which case they may not apply to you.

Which laws govern these Terms, and where are disputes handled?

New York. Any dispute between you and DoiT (or its affiliates) is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any litigation is the state and federal courts located in New York, New York.
