As Extenda Retail scaled its Google Cloud environment, maintaining financial transparency and operational control became increasingly critical. This led to strategic storage tier rebalancing that reduced waste while maintaining system reliability.
DoiT supported Extenda Retail's early exploration of an AI-powered chatbot intended to serve both customers and end-users. In dedicated architectural sessions, the teams reviewed design patterns, data requirements, and Google Cloud services to support the solution. This guidance helped validate technical approaches and accelerate confident decision-making for emerging AI technologies.
Extenda Retail plans to expand its use of DoiT Cloud Intelligence as it continues scaling its platform. The team is preparing to onboard DataHub once datasets are ready and closely watching Cloud Diagrams evolution, particularly features providing deeper visibility into traffic flow and system interactions.
