DoiT enables Reimagination Technologies' multilingual, AI-powered remittance platform

Reimagination Technologies is a California-based fintech startup redefining how people move money across borders. DoiT integrated into Reimagination's engineering process, co-creating a modular architecture tailored to specific conversational flows, security requirements, and compliance environment. The new solution's core was Amazon Bedrock, providing access to foundation models capable of supporting contextual, multi-language conversations. DoiT assisted in developing an orchestration layer using AWS Lambda, with concurrency management and timeout tuning to ensure responsiveness under load.

Partnering with DoiT enabled Reimagination Technologies to compress a multi-year roadmap into months, accelerating time-to-market for conversational remittances with greater delivery confidence. By offloading architectural complexity, AI orchestration, and infrastructure design to DoiT's expert team, Reimagination Technologies brought a new class of remittance experience to life, which would have been cost-prohibitive and technically challenging to build alone. What had once been a rigid, location-bound system reliant on manual templates is now a dynamic, AI-powered, multilingual platform that responds instantly to user inputs across geographies.

Beyond technology, the engagement with DoiT significantly matured Reimagination's internal capabilities. Engineers who were once operating within the bounds of static code are now comfortable deploying and evolving serverless, multilingual AI systems with real-time observability. Workshops and hands-on guidance from DoiT delivered in the team's native Spanish ensured that knowledge transfer was embedded into every phase of the rollout. Introducing a CI/CD pipeline and cloud-native monitoring tools also streamlined DevOps practices.

Reimagination Technologies is moving toward a multi-tenant architecture to serve enterprise clients across regions from a unified codebase, standardizing governance and environment isolation. With continued support from DoiT and AWS, it is exploring new AI use cases from biometric ID verification to paying commissions over ATMs for multi-level marketing agents to voice-driven banking flows.
